Chris Lawrence

Managing Partner

Chris is based in Greenwich, CT and has nearly 30 years of financial services and private equity related work experience, including as a direct investor, intermediary, and in various executive roles at underlying portfolio companies. Most recently, Chris was Managing Director, Co-Head of Global Secondaries, Investment Committee Member and Executive Committee Member at HQ Capital Private Equity. Prior to that, he was an operating principal for a portfolio of angel-backed companies in the healthcare, software/services, and manufacturing sectors. In addition, Chris served as a senior operating executive for a Warburg Pincus portfolio company and was a deal leader for a venture capital affiliate of GSC Partners.

He began his financial services career at Arthur Andersen as a Manager in the Corporate Finance Services division providing advisory services to public and privately held clients.

Chris earned an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.B.A. in Accounting from Southern Methodist University.

Cameron Lee

Principal

Cameron is based in New York City and has over 11 years of experience in financial services. Most recently, Cameron was a member of the Investment Team at HQ Capital Private Equity. Prior to that, he worked at Cowen and Company in Healthcare Investment Banking, where he advised clients on strategic sales and acquisitions, in addition to providing advisory services for raising capital via private placements, IPOs, and follow-on transactions.

Cameron earned a B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Tony LaRose

Principal

Tony is based in New York City and has 10 years of experience in financial services. Most recently, Tony worked in the Investment Banking Division at J.P. Morgan, where he executed M&A and capital markets transactions across several industries. Prior to J.P. Morgan, he worked in Equity Capital Markets at Cowen and Company. Tony has advised clients on strategic sell-side and buy-side M&A, in addition to providing advisory services for raising equity and debt capital.

Tony earned a B.B.A. in Finance from Southern Methodist University.
